the Institute's newsletter Europe in Washington.
Other speakers included Susan Ness (Commissioner, U.S. Federal Communications
Commission), David Hendon (Chairman of the Board, European Telecommunications
Standards Institute (ETSI)), and Dr. Bernd Eylert (Chairman, Universal Mobile
Telecommunications System (UMTS) Forum).
